Randy began his financial services career in 1987 and joined Stifel in 2016. Prior to joining Stifel, he worked for Morgan Stanley, A.G. Edwards, and MassMutual.

Philosophy
Randy focuses on the complex wealth issues that face successful business owners and high-net-worth families. He helps high-net-worth clients pursue their financial goals through customized and comprehensive investment strategies, risk management analysis, and guidance. His experience and thoughtful insight has been utilized by private institutions, nonprofit organizations, and affluent families for more than three and a half decades. Randy has been a frequent speaker throughout his career in mentoring advisors’ practice management challenges.
Randy graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree. He is a member of the university’s athletics Hall of Fame, 1999. He was also a three-time All-American lacrosse player and a member of the world champion 1986 U.S.A. team.
Active in the community, Randy volunteers for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central New York, the McMahon Ryan Child Advocacy Site, the Vincent House, and coaches youth lacrosse at various levels.
Randy is a native of Central New York and resides in Skaneateles, New York, with his wife, Sheila, and their three children.
